    Meditation is pretty good, just 30 minutes of not sleeping but not really thinking much at the same time. You can find a bunch of instruction videos on youtube and try out a few until you find one that makes you relaxed. Getting a foot massage, shoulder massage or back massage is pretty good too. It's also not bad doing something for someone else, forgetting your own problems and focusinv on theirs can be surprisingly relaxing. Finally, getting a pet, my prefence is dog.
